Your Responsibility

  • Create horizontal and vertical development path of blue collar, white collar, manager, Meister and team leader within VWATD aligned with group standard and company development strategy.
  • Establish and refine process, regulation and policies regarding different development paths.
  • Facilitation of Group Programs in cooperation with other VW Group entities to fulfill the internal demands
  • Development of internal trainer for VWATD specified qualification measures, such as MFQ, NEO etc.
  • Coordinate with Group for VWATD recruiting and internal promotion assessment center and implement group training programs.

 

Your Requirements

  • University degree or higher in in Human resources, Psychology, Education, Business Studies  or related fields
  • More than 5 years of work experience in human resources management, training and personnel development
  • Outstanding organization, coordination and project management  
  • Strong cooperation, communication, moderation and conversation skills
  • Knowledge and experience in behavior observation, adult pedagogics, personal or group coaching and consultant
  • Fluent in English, Chinese is native language, German is a plus
  • Skilfully applying office and management software such as MS Office, SAP, Visio, etc.
